The Cafe Busser is responsible for assisting cafe staff in creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.  This position performs assigned duties and follows all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.  Moreover, this position is responsible for bussing tables, keeping silverware, and stocking cafe trays and beverage areas during service times. 
 

Qualifications for the Cafe Busser position include:

• Must have good communication skills and be able to read, understand and speak English;
• Ability to maintain professional dress and manner in high stress area;
• Must have sufficient manual dexterity to maneuver utility and tray carts;
• Must be able to bend and lift intermittently during work hours, and
• Possesses ability to follow instructions, work well with others, and maintain good rapport with residents and other staff.
