As a Sous Chef, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by supervising the kitchen staff as well as assisting in preparing, cooking, and serving premium food items for about five hundred guests for three meals a day in three different venues.
What we're looking for in our next Team Member....
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food prep, handling, and cooking required.
- Prior experience in fine dining, Four & Five Star/Diamond Hotels and resorts is highly preferred.
- Current or previous supervisor experience with the ability to manage, direct, influence, and motivate direct reports.
- Culinary education/schooling is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
- Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
