As a Response Nurse and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by delivering exceptional, quality care to our residents.

What we’re looking for in our next Team Member…

• Active nurse registration/license in good standing, with the right to practice in North Carolina.
• Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, guests and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve resident grievances promptly; ensures quick resolution of conflict/issues.
• Strong time management skills; able to understand, organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work on-call.
• Prior experience as a respond nurse is highly preferred.
