The Waitstaff position supports the organization’s mission by delivering an exceptional dining service experience.  This position reports to the Dining Services Manager or designee.

Key Position Qualifications Include:

  • Must be 16 years of age. High School or equivalent preferred.
  • Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or healthcare setting experience is highly desired.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, guests, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain professional attitude in high stress area.
