Utility Worker (FT: Open Availability)
(Hours of operation from 7:00am - 9:30pm)

The Utility Worker position is responsible for set up, operation, and cleaning of the dishwashing machine. This position is also responsible for following established procedures to ensure the sanitary maintenance of the dish room and entire food service area. This position reports to the Executive Chef or designee.

Key Position Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stand intermittently during work hours
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds;
• Ability to communicate in English, and understand and complete directions;

Key Performance Success Indicators Include:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and techniques, sanitizing agents, and equipment;
• Ability to operate dish washing machine and other equipment as directed with a basic knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices.
