As a Dining Supervisor, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by supervising the dining staff and assisting with the provision, preparation, and quality of Dining Services. No late nights (even on holidays), every other weekend off, stable employment as our business is consistent because our customers live here!.
 

What we’re looking for in our next Team Member…

• Previous dining supervisory experience in a full service restaurant.
• Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is preferred, but not necessary.
• Knowledgeable of sanitation practices and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, guests, and staff.
• Possesses ability to follow instructions, work well with others, and maintain good rapport with residents and other staff.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude in high stress area.
• Basic computer skills.
