   What to Expect

  As a CNA Care Partner, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered care that honors each individual’s independence, preferences, and dignity alongside an engaged household team.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support a holistic, resident-directed approach to care
• Collaborate with your team to create a warm, well-run household environment (including cooking, laundry, and housekeeping)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
