The Forest at Duke is an upscale retirement community with a beautiful new Health Center! Staffing ratios of 1 CNA to 5 residents & 1 Nurse to 20 residents!

The Nurse Care Manager directs and provides person-centered, rehabilitative, holistic care and chronic disease management to residents. The Health Center follows the Small House Model of care-- a person-centered approach where residents have a significant say in their daily lives, their care, and their living environment.

The position works three 12 hour shifts, including every other weekend.

We are hiring for:

Full Time: 7:00pm – 7:30am & 7:00am – 7:30pm (three 12-hour shifts)

Part Time: 7:00pm – 7:30am & 7:00am – 7:30pm (Every other weekend required and additional shifts as they are available)

PRN: 7:00pm – 7:30am & 7:00am – 7:30pm
