About The Forest at Duke

For over 30 years, The Forest at Duke’s team has provided a caring, responsible community that fosters the independence of residents of retirement age by enhancing their capability to lead purposeful, active, healthy and secure lives.

As a Housekeeper (Lead) and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by serving as a team leader to train and coach Housekeepers while maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and beauty of the facility and resident homes.

Opening: 7 days/week; 8 hours/day

What we’re looking for in our next Team Member…

• Prior Housekeeping experience.
• Prior experience at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is highly desired.
• Experience training and coaching is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
