We have an open position for a Maintenance Technician II. This position performs basic maintenance in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical. Additionally, this position addresses other maintenance needs (as needed). This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Position Qualifications Include:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and a HS or GED degree with a vocational trade concentration preferred.
  • Must show the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
  • One year of experience in residential/commercial basic maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and common measuring instruments preferred.
  • Must have ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Must be able to work from heights that require ladders or scaffolds when necessary.
  • Must be able to repair sheet-rock and have knowledge of different finishing materials and applications.

  • Consistently comes to work as scheduled, and is punctual and begins work as scheduled.
