Description

A dynamic person is needed to provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department. If you have prior professional work experience in a fast-paced, busy office environment and the ability to meet deadlines while providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you. New college graduates with an interest in Human Resources are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position. Flexible availability is required between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm (Monday – Friday).  Starting pay range is low - mid 30's per year with full-time benefits.  This entry level position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-orientation with the production of high quality work.
  • Attendance punctuality and ability to meet deadlines and follow-up timely with customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Commitment to service with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships and interactions with customers at all times.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem solve.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker.
  • Innovation and creativity.
  • Comfortable with presenting in small and large groups.
  • General knowledge of current Federal and State employment laws.
  • Computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Publisher).
  • Ability to manage an Outlook calendar.
  • Ability to manage systems (i.e., applicant tracking, benefits, training, and HRIS).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
